Orange Villa has 2 floors & is located 30 meters away from the beachfront. My girlfriend & 1 lives on the second floor. The entire 1st floor is for the guests.
1st floor has:

Location
We are located in the middle from General Luna town (with all its shops, restaurants & fish market) and Cloud 9 surf spot.
There are many surf spots close to us. The closes one is about 300meters away from us. The most famous is of course Cloud 9.

Lower bunk might be considered as "double bed" (because its rather large).
Upper bunk bed have a standard "single bed size".
